1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  1. The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  2. You received the wrong product.
  3. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  4. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Returns requested for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline

A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect:

  1. Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  2. Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  3. Products specifically marked as "Non-Returnable."
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  1. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:

  1. A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
  2. An exchange for another product of equal value, or
  3. A refund, where applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photographs of the product.
  3. Photographs of the packaging (if damaged).
  4. A brief description of the issue.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

  1. Wrong product delivered,
  2. Manufacturing defect, or
  3. Product damaged during delivery,

Bhagwati Fashion may arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, as applicable.

If the return is requested for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

9. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
