At Bhagwati Fashion, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order Number and registered mobile number.

2. Cancellation by Bhagwati Fashion

Bhagwati Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is out of stock.
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.
  3. Payment could not be verified or failed.
  4. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  5. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  6. Any unforeseen operational or logistical issues.

If an order is cancelled by Bhagwati Fashion after payment has been successfully received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  1. A full refund of the product amount will be initiated.
  2. Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy, if applicable.

4. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may cancel the order before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at Bhagwati Fashion's discretion.

5. Modification of Orders

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request changes such as:

  1. Delivery address
  2. Contact number
  3. Size (subject to availability)
  4. Color (subject to availability)

Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
